In this old house, in what should have been a routine water heater replacement. The water supply line encountered a old decaying galvanized steel plumbing connection. Kelly Corrado came in to repair and tie into the old galvanized. Kelly went over and above what you would expect t in resolving a problem due to existing piping in an old house. He worked very late to finish the work.

Kelly Corrado has more than 35 years plumbing experience and he is a very qualified and knowledgeable plumber. Kelly is a very hard worker. Todds Plumbing split the cost of the remedial work with me, was a very fair and reasonable solution.

Our water heater gave up on a Friday afternoon so I started calling around for quotes right away, got a quote right away with no hassle or extra sales pitch on the phone from Todd’s WHR. After getting a couple quotes we decided to go with Todd’s because they were super affordable and had availability right away the very next day. Mike was our installer and he was very informative about the options and entire installation process. He kept me updated about his estimated arrival time and arrived in the window he gave the previous day. Mike did a great job working with the current plumbing and gas lines and was able to install the new heater without any unnecessary retrofitting. Every part of the service was 5 star quality, we are so excited that they were able to get the job done less than 24 hours from our initial phone call. Will definitely be working with Todd’s WHR in the future and I encourage everyone to give them a call whenever you have any water heater or similar plumbing needs!!!
