COVID-19 (impacted review) - team practiced social distance (didn't shake hands/etc)- able to replace water heater with minimal interaction with family- outlined that they are taking the virus seriously, and are taking precautions- I felt comfortable to proceedI don't often give five star reviews. Normally a four star is about as high as a business can expect. I love the pizza at Big Bill NY. . .but is it good as a Coal Fired White clam in Connecticut? No - so no five star for you big billTodd's water heater is a rare exception. I contacted several businesses via yelp and Todd promptly replied. He outlined options and suggested a water heater I had not thought of (my old one was Rheem and that is all home depot sells). Reviewing the water heater online I found the reviews/feedback was similar to Todd's recommendation. They are ready to schedule quickly (since people have broken water heaters) but I had some time. Even during a pandemic and a snow storm they showed up within their window, and got the work done in the time.The price was exceptional . . .which was amazing since the service was so good. Todd beat the other offers I had. I also advise you to watch out for home depot. This isn't their dishwasher or appliance install. . .they toss you to a local business. . .I went to home depot a week ago. Within that week Todd contacted me, arranged a date, and installed. Home Depot hasn't called me back!Thanks Todd and team. Stay safe out there.

Working w/ Todd's was a great experience. They were very upfront about the rates and flexible on install date. They had me send them pictures so they knew what they were working w/ for the size of water heater and where it was installed. My water heater is in an outside closet/storage so I didn't even have to be home for the install. I left town for a few days on business and when I got home my new water heater had already been installed. Easy peasy. Would def recommend these guys!!!

Todd's was super great. I had an old water heater and wanted to replace it before I had an emergency situation (been there before. don't want to be there again). I used Yelp to get a quote. Todd's quote was very competitive and reviews were strong. They scheduled it quickly, arrived on time and did the job very well. Would highly recommend and use them again.

The water heater went out at one of my rental properties so I began looking for a company to replace it. I called about 4 companies 3 of which didn't answer and after leaving a message never called me back. The folks at Todd's answered and had their lead technician, Allan call me back within a few hours. He had us send him pictures in order to properly quote us. I previously received the quote which ended up being $900 more than what Todd's was charging. I scheduled with them and although they got behind schedule they maintained contact. They ended up arriving at night and installed it. I think most companies would have just pushed it to the next day, but they stuck to it and got the job well done.

Todd was a great help when we needed advice and a possible quick water heater replacement for the sale of our home. While we were lucky in that we ended up NOT having to replace the water heater in the end, Todd called me multiple times to answer my questions and was willing to squeeze me in to get the job done. His price was very fair. I would highly recommend calling Todd for a quote if you are in need of this type of service!

I was nervous to venture into the world of water heater repairs. Can you say adulting? I found Todd's and gave them a call. From the first conversation I knew I was in good hands. They were very helpful educating me about their services, not at all condescending, like a friend chatting with me. They made sure not to pressure my girlfriend and I into using them, even suggesting we shop around to be sure we were getting the best deal with them. We were so impressed with them that we booked them right away even though the next day was the soonest they could get to us.We were so happy we chose Todd's. Our repair technician showed up just when we were texted to expect them, he explained to us where they get their materials from and I felt relief that good warehouse supplied pieces were going into our home. The price we were quoted was what we paid (no hidden surprises or beating around the bush). I forgot to get a receipt and when we reached out for one they emailed it to us in just an hour (I love a prompt response and knowing I'm not going to have to keep pestering someone).I'm so happy with my experience with Todd's, they were exceptional every step of the way. They're my guys from now on!

Todd and his crew were OUTSTANDING from start to finish. I put out a bid request on some plumbing work to multiple business owners that came up on Yelp, and Todd was quick to respond, and his quote came in significantly lower than most. Some others were trying to charge $300-$400 for what ended up being a 1-2 hour job, which is like highway robbery given the straight forward work, which was just literally swapping one sink for one that was nearly identical. Todd came in very reasonably priced, and was even willing to go outside of his normal scope of work to get me taken care of, and he also got me scheduled in quickly. He kept up a good line of communication, and was very friendly over the phone. His tech arrived within the arrival window, and was super friendly, and even wore booties to protect my freshly refinished hardwood floors, which was an added bonus!! He took careful instruction of my needs, and executed on the job flawlessly. Our new sink looks fabulous, and I couldn't be more thankful for Todd and his team. I am absolutely going to consider his company for when we replace our water heater, and go tankless in the near future. Thanks for making one happy customer!
